I can’t attend live. Will the webinar be recorded?

Yes, all webinars are recorded unless expressly noted otherwise. Recordings are typically available within one week following the live event, and will remain available for one year following the live event.
How long will course materials be available?

All self-study course materials will remain available to the purchaser for one year from the date of purchase or (if pre-ordered) from the date of release.
Will I get a reminder email?

No, unfortunately the learning platform does NOT send automated reminder emails. Please add your class, webinar, or other event to your calendar if you think you may forget.
Why was there an additional fee?
